1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Plugin, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not download, install, or use the Plugin.

2. Proprietary Rights and Ownership

The Plugin, including but not limited to all source code, object code, documentation, graphics, user interfaces, visual interfaces, sounds, artwork, computer code, algorithms, and all intellectual property rights therein, is and shall remain the exclusive property of Bhavik Maradiya.

The Plugin is protected by copyright laws, international copyright treaties, and other intellectual property laws and treaties. All rights not expressly granted to you in this Agreement are reserved by the Developer.

3. License Grant

Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the Developer hereby grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to:

• Download and install the Plugin on compatible JetBrains IDE installations
• Use the Plugin for personal and commercial purposes in accordance with its intended functionality
• Use the Plugin in connection with your Flutter and Firebase development projects

This license grants you rights to use the compiled Plugin only, and does not grant any rights to the source code, proprietary algorithms, or underlying implementation.

4. Restrictions and Prohibited Uses

You expressly agree NOT to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Plugin or any part thereof
• Modify, adapt, alter, translate, or create derivative works based upon the Plugin
• Distribute, sublicense, lease, rent, loan, or otherwise transfer the Plugin to any third party
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices (including copyright and trademark notices) from the Plugin
• Use the Plugin for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to circumvent or disable any security features or licensing mechanisms in the Plugin
• Use the Plugin to develop competing products or services
• Extract, copy, or use any proprietary algorithms, methods, or techniques embodied in the Plugin

5. Distribution via JetBrains Marketplace

The Plugin is distributed through the official JetBrains Marketplace. Your use of the Plugin is also subject to the JetBrains Marketplace Terms of Use and JetBrains Privacy Policy, which can be found at:

6. Updates and Modifications

The Developer may, at its sole discretion, provide updates, patches, or new versions of the Plugin. Such updates may modify, add, or remove features and are subject to this Agreement unless accompanied by a separate license agreement.

The Developer reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Plugin after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

7. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement.

Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Plugin and destroy all copies in your possession or control.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Developer does not warrant that:

• The Plugin will meet your specific requirements or expectations
• The Plugin will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• Any errors in the Plugin will be corrected
• The Plugin will be compatible with all systems or configurations

9. Limitation of Liability

The Developer's total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Plugin (if any).

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Developer from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Plugin or violation of this Agreement.

11. Privacy and Data Collection

The Plugin may collect certain usage data and analytics to improve functionality and user experience. Any data collection is subject to our Privacy Policy, which can be found at:

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

13. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect, and the invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely approximates the intent of the original provision.

14. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Developer regarding the Plugin and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings, agreements, negotiations, representations, and warranties, whether written or oral.
